Return Policy

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you would like to cancel your order you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot cancel your order once 12 hours have passed since placing your order.  We cannot cancel your order once it has been processed/fulfilled/shipped.  

If there is a defect with your order, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion by providing us with pictures and/or video of the problem. If we do not receive pictures and/or a video of the reason you would like to return your order, you will not be eligible for a partial or full refund. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable)
such as a Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Customers requesting returns on items that are not damaged will be subject to a 20% restocking fee for each item. The customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at with pictures and/or a video of the reason you are requesting a replacement and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend you provide us with your return tracking number for an expedited refund. 

Please Note, it is the customers responsibility to inform us by email ( if the customer has decided to refuse delivery within 48 hours of the refusal. If for any reason, you fail to notify us of the refusal within the specified time frame, you forfeit the right to a full and/or partial refund on the refused order.
